Tenant Applications
A draft copy of the tenancy agreement and terms of lettings will be available on request.
Specified information regarding the application process will be issued to an applicant tenant prior to them paying a holding deposit. This will include the requirement for each applicant to submit personal information on an Applicant Details Form and subsequently there may be a requirement for an applicant to provide a guarantor in order to proceed with their application.
